Tiramisu
A cake inspired by my favorite dessert. Vanilla sponge (flecked with chocolate) soaked with freshly brewed coffee then layered with espresso custard & vanilla cream cheese icing. Topped off with the classic cocoa dusting & shavings of dark chocolate. OMG YUM!

Pressed Flower Cake
