Hi, I’m Paige! Thanks so much for visiting my website. A bit about me. I am based in Thames with my family; husband Ken and daughters Ginny (2) and Olive (11 months).

My love for cooking started when I was young, always in the kitchen baking with my nana.

I joined the navy as a chef at 17 and gained lots of experience working in the galley. Although I loved the navy, I really wanted to focus on the sweet side of things. I worked in a few Auckland bakeries before moving to Thames in 2018.

Cakes and baking is where my passion lies and so I started Made By Paige in 2020 during the lockdown.

I think a cake should taste just as good as it looks and that’s why I always use fresh, seasonal and quality ingredients. I love creating delicious, interesting flavours and my cakes are often topped with beautiful fresh flowers.

I currently work from my registered home kitchen in Thames but I dream of having my own cake shop one day… Watch this space...
